Helping companies and leaders communicate with investors and critical audiences.
Services include earnings preparation, M&A communications support, Annual Report writing and production, and external and internal communications for nearly any situation confronting a publicly traded company.
The earnings process is more than announcing results in a press release. It’s about telling the more holistic story of the quarter and your company.
The numbers are only a fraction of that story. The messaging, CEO quotes, and analyst calls are all favorable opportunities to continue a conversation with investors and others. Ideally, your stakeholders should be able to recognize the common thread that runs through all your communications around earnings, one that connects back to prior quarters and extends into the future.
That’s where the Wall Street Writers Group comes in. We can manage any aspects of your earnings preparation process, including:
Establish a comprehensive calendar.
Create a clear and consistent message platform to engage with the investment community on and beyond earnings day, carrying through to speaking engagements, investor meetings and conferences, the annual report, and more.
Perform an audit of earnings releases from industry peers and other leading companies for the last two quarters to give you insight into trends.
Draft, finalize, and distribute your earnings release and other communications, such as the press release announcing your earnings date and investor call.
Handle all preparations for the analyst call: produce a compelling script and presentation, conduct a recorded rehearsal with a tough Q&A, anticipate questions and brainstorm answers that are confident and concise, and more.
Address any issues in a straightforward, action-oriented manner.
